Naruto is DEAD, Long live POKEMON!

Well, it finally happened. Naruto is dead. By dead, I mean that Dattebayo is no longer subbing it. Take a look at the “Quick FAQ.” Pokemon Diamond & Pearl apparently kicked Naruto’s ass so hard that it was sent reeling into a sparkle in the sky. Yeah, thats pretty much what happened. I think someone threw a pokeball somewhere in there as well but I wasn’t really paying much attention because both shows suck.
Blogging Naruto
In general, I’m not really sure if I should be happy or sad that DB dropped Naruto. This gives me a chance to stop watching that awful piece of shit. Then again, I might still blog it for shits ‘n giggles as usual, because what about all the Naruto fans? It might even be more fun to “make up” some of the plot as well. I’m pretty sure it won’t stop me from bashing the damn show either. (Will I EVER stop bashing the show? No…not really)
I don’t typically do blogs FOR people, but if anyone wants me to keep blogging I definitely will. Otherwise, I will most likely drop the series in a few episodes due to inability to completely comprehend what happens. This also means that my blog entries will be a little lacking. Another possibility would be to blog the manga, shrug. (should I do so anyways?)
I feel bad for anyone who might still enjoy this show. I really love the show, but it seriously has taken a turn for the worst with these fillers. If any readers haven’t gotten a hold of the manga yet, I’d suggest you do so.

Yeah, I assume they would. It wouldn’t make sense if they didn’t since their name IS Dattebayo (naruto’s phrase). I wonder if other subbers would startup if Naruto ended fillers. I’m not sure if I’m hardcore enough to blog the show without subtitles, we’ll see though.

Who knows how serious they are… but that said, I can’t say that I’m too upset.
That just goes to show just how crap Naruto fillers are.
The way its going, I’d hedge my bets and say that it will never return to the main storyline.

Guys - don’t panic. Re-read the news article - “best course of action was to drop* the show Naruto.” You see that star at the end of “drop”? At the bottom of the page, it’s made clear that * = YHBT = You Have Been Trolled

Dattebayo is the only fansubbing group which offered professional subtitling or captioning services to earn more money as far as I am concerned. How can they just say that they are dropping Naruto for some financial problem? Unless if all of the subbers’ computers crashed, then it would be another story. =\

If this ever DOES happen, I’d probably drop the show unless asked to blog(which I doubt would ever happen). This does in fact bring up an issue though, and a scary one for Naruto and Bleach fans who can’t understand Japanese. If the only group that subs these long-ass shows drops them, where does that put the viewers? I gotta hand it to them for subbing shitty shit for so long.

at narutofan.com they say that it is Confirmed that naruto part 2 will start in February by changing name into Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles - which appears to play reference to Naruto being a Wind Element user go their and read it at narutofan.com is something you can be sure of its news dont lose hope every one naruto will be back to blow every other anime and make them look like crap

lol, yeah its confirmed but naruto has already lost a majority of its fanbase anyways. They’re about 40 episodes too late.
every one will return to naruto again once naruto part 2 start and it will have a larger fanbase i have seen many anime but naruto still the best in every aspect

Haha is that worse than being 1000 years too early? It is a real labor of love to keep fansubbing these fillers, as I assume this means they actually have to watch each episodes multiple times.
@querty: Yeah, well I’m sure people will watch for awhile, but I doubt they’ll be as enthusiastic as they once were. The time-skip story has SOME good parts, but I’m not sure it’s quality is the same level as the pre-filler arcs.
@kabitzin: Lol, It’s a level of pain and suffering that you could not even begin to comprehend, even with 1000 years of intensive pondering and meditation. Also, information like “subbers watch these shitty episodes multiple times” is so depressing. Christ, thats like actively volunteering yourself for torture.

Naruto is’nt dead you idiot if he was dead then why is the manga still going on in Japan. Just because he died in one movie does’nt mean he’s dead.Neji and Choji died , but they were revived later so before you go on your rant on how Naruto is dead use your head.

I can’t believe that people keep pokemon watching it. I loved the original. But this new CRAP is worse than all the Naruto fillers.
