Alice is looking magnificent in her blue dress
Rating: 7.5/10
OKAY, yes it’s been 4 weeks, this I know. A bizarre string of events including downloading the episodes four times as well as changing my location 3 times which has made all of this possible. In fact, me being absent of Pumpkin Scissors for a couple weeks might have made this episode more enjoyable than it really is. I guess most of the anime this season is utter crap, and so after watching stuff like Crecent Love, this doesn’t look so bad. Also, it helps that I can’t really remember the previous episode which apparently was crappy.

“IT’S BACON!!!!”
I know this look. This is the look my dog gets when it’s about to drag its butt across the carpet in circles as it howls with glee and winks in my direction. Yeah, I pretty much taught him that, but that’s a little secret between us. I’m still trying to figure out what kind of dog this is, which is especially hard since I have a limited knowledge of dog breeds, but I didn’t think this was a typical messenger dog. Not sure though.

*slides across the floor to catch some pantsu*
With all the talk Alice’s sister does about being a lady and whatnot, she seems pretty manly herself. I mean, sure she took the effort to lift her skirt like a lady before she tried to put a heel through Alice, but that’s a pretty shameless opportunity for pantsu. Her personality is also a lot more rough and manly-like than Alice. From what I’ve seen so far, I like Alice’s family and think they have good potential to be good side characters.
The dude that came and picked her up was such a noob. When he opened his mouth I pretty much palmed my forehead and gave up on him instantly. Too bad I’ve been spoiled and knew he wasn’t the real fiancee or else I would have been disappointed the entire episode.

Today’s Forecast: Pain.
I was waiting for Panda-kun to use his damn lantern. I’m wondering if the plot forced them to wait till night so that his lantern would glow and created a better atmosphere. Wait, didn’t he get shot in the heart, or is that on the other side of the body? He must be a robot because he’s surely not human. I was also kind of puzzled with him waiting so long to shoot down the pillars. Also a cop-out for Alice to make her entrance and “help him” by creating cover.

Best pickup line to say to Alice EVER
“I like how you look when you fight.” (paraphrased) Wow dude, wow. He’s a total playa, and you can tell just by looking at him. Well, he kinda looks like most of the males on the show, but still he’s smooth with his words. The whole plot is a little weak, and I have a sneaking suspicion that he’s the one who set up the other noble.
Some of the movements in this episode were a little strange, and the artwork was a little off here and there, but it wasn’t horrible. The plot was a tiny bit shaky but not horrible at all. Now on to the next episode!

Alice was kinda smitten by her real fiancee (he is a playa, but he is a too good to be true kinda playa), as you’ve captured perfectly. Simply put, I wished that all the episodes were as properly action packed with semi automatic action as this one, but yeah…as you’ll soon discover, things drop a notch a little.
I’ve yet to watch 10, but from the ep 9 preview, it didn’t look too action packed.
The fiancee is so evil!
Bishie? Check. Smooth talker? Check. Blonde? Check. Position of Power? Ambiguous pose in the OP? A non-Main Character fiancée? Unrevealed background? Collected facial expressions?
Check-check, checkity check. It’s confirmed that he’s so bad!
I would be surprised if he didn’t turn out to be a villain. :p
Cheers.
He will be the MAIN villain at the end of the series. Alice will probably be taken prisoner n shit and then they’ll have to save her or something. But the catch will be Panda-kun will really be going to stop their wedding because he wants to Jam it in, but will bust in on them kidnapping instead or something……
yeah right.
