I couldn’t decide if I enjoyed this episode or not, which seems to the trend/flaw of this anime lately. There wasn’t a whole lot of important things that happened, so I basically loaded this entry up the butt (whats with all the gay jokes lately @_@) with screen caps. It kind of turned into a tribute to the red bandanna girl whom I’ve wanted to fap to been waiting to see more of, and am finally satisfied.

The entire episode was kind of goofy as Riku and his friends were lead into impossible jobs by the red bandanna girl. She basically tricked them into some sort of scheme where she ends up with money. It was entertaining to see who I can only assume was her mother, and how similar they were. Seeing all of them fail in hilarious ways was probably the best part of the show because once they tried to build some plot, I started rolling my eyes at the mega coincidences that started occurring. Coincidences and I don’t really get alone very well. I stole his girl a few months back and he’s been pissed at me ever since. Lets just say I don’t see coincidences anymore irl.
Ugly-ass dog
Two coincidences happened in this episode:
- Riku ran by Mina with a bunch of dogs the moment she thought of him. Is this foreshadowing that their relationship will never work out? Riku will always be preoccupied? Wow, that was deep.
- The dog Riku decided to play with turned out to be Sayuri’s dog, and it just so happens she was walking by at that very moment! I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that this episode took place over weeks, and Sayuri was actually away on vacation. Otherwise, it’d be a huge plot hole that her dog was in the dog-sitting place. It’s bad enough that they ended up spending the day together.
I’ll say the same thing as always. They need to start working in the girls more often. It’s not as fun when there’s no interaction between the characters. It’s episode 10 and the females haven’t really had any jealousy or hate towards one another. I need my dose of drama, damnit!
