Every time I watch an episode of Asatte no Houkou, I feel like I fall in love with every aspect over again. I can’t really blame the fansub group for not being The Flash, but it does kind of disconnect my thoughts and emotions from the anime. I would have liked to not have month-long breaks between episodes, but life is cruel…kinda like love… /wrists.

Nice, simple tears. Not overdone like SOME anime

Omg how painful! I knew this was going to happen. I mean, c’mon, it’s not like he would just auto-magically believe her after she told him the truth behind about who she was. Sometimes anime characters just don’t have very much foresight. She should have seen this coming a mile away, especially with the way she told him(huge paraphrase): “Oh btw, I’m Karada.” Yeah, Tetsu acted pretty much how I would expect any normal human being to act in that situation. Although, I must say her little speech as he was running away in anger brought me pretty close to tears the first time, and got me the second. Here’s the scene.

Still though, he should kind have noticed some clues that have been showing up all over the place. Stuff like how her food was salty, or the fact that she’s caring for him all the time. Too bad she didn’t cosplay as a nurse though, because I might have rated this episode a 10…

Who’s this fag again?

I’ve been waiting months for them to finally touch on Shouko and Hiro’s relationship. I felt like the N64 kid when they finally talked about their past. Closure. We’re finally one step closer to gaining closer on their relationship and it was all courtesy of Hiro finally saying he’s sorry. Now he’s going to win her back…You fucking bastard, how long does it take for you to apologize for being a dick. Shouko is way too good for you, go die for stealing all the good womenz. Fucker.

Anyways, we got growth! We got drama! And we got lots of love being thrown back and forth. Great episode. One more coming our way…hopefully not a month later!
